1.) Add napkin set to your shopping cart.

2.) Click to view your shopping cart and there you will see a box that states, "Special instructions to seller"

3.) Type the family last name that you want on the napkin within that instruction box.

4.) We will email you a proof of the design to approve before printing. We will use the same email that you provide at checkout.
